Who we are
We are three yoga instructors and mountain lovers living in the beautiful Alpine town of Livigno, Italy. We teach yoga to local groups according to a set schedule and also organise yoga classes and workshops on request in Italian or English. When the weather is warm and sunny, we take our groups outdoors for yoga classes in the most beautiful spots.
Serena Zangrando
Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga instructor
She is originally from Venice, but has always felt a strong passion for the mountains. In fact, over 18 years ago, she moved to Livigno, fulfilling her dream of becoming a snowboard teacher.
She started practicing yoga in 2009 and in 2017 she graduated as a Vinyasa Yoga teacher in India. In 2020 he started practising Ashtanga Yoga with one of the best Italian teachers of this method, Rosa Tagliafierro. She is still committed to studying and deepening this practice under the guidance of her teacher.
During her classes, Serena tries to accompany her students to greater self-awareness through the practice of asanas, attention to the breath and brief moments of meditation to achieve a state of stillness and physical and mental well-being.
Vivian Oosterkamp
Hatha Yoga instructor
Vivian is a qualified yoga instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience. Originally from the Netherlands, Vivian began practicing yoga in 2007 and soon after decided to spend several months in India, where she discovered the world of Ayurveda and became a Hatha Yoga teacher.
She moved to Livigno 12 years ago, where she began teaching yoga to small groups. Today, Vivian teaches in various locations across the Little Tibet and offers classes on request for groups, individuals, and children. She loves travelling, cooking healthy food, reading, hiking, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and enjoying nature with her family and dogs.
Vivian teaches Hatha Yoga to all levels and more dynamic sequences based on Vinyasa Flow to intermediate and advanced students. Her style is energetic, with a particular focus on breath, posture, and the synergy between body and mind.
Genny Guana
Hatha Yoga teacher and sound massage practitioner
Genny is originally from Livigno. She enjoys travelling, spending time outdoors, and reading. She became a Hatha Yoga instructor for adults and children in Milan and is always eager to learn new things.
Recently, also in Milan, he learnt how to perform sound massages with Tibetan bells and their benefits. Genny teaches in various locations in Livigno and offers group or individual classes on request.
In her classes, Genny aims to share her calm energy through gentle and flowing sequences suitable for all levels. Her final relaxations are often accompanied by the beautiful sound and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls. The most important thing for her is the body-mind-breath association.
